Through booking your appointment, you are agreeing to adhere by our policy as follows...
We understand that our clients' time is valuable, and we strive to make every appointment as seamless as possible. If canceling or rescheduling is ever necessary, you can do so for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancelations will result in a 30% charge of the service price, and missed appointments will result in a 50% charge. We respect our clients' time and hope you will respect ours.
